Suspended screen systems are increasingly becoming an integral part of hospital ward equipment. They increase patient comfort and make the work of the staff easier. They do not take up so much valuable space, and maintaining cleanliness does not cause problems. The possibility of any configuration allows suspended screens to be used in places where other solutions do not work.
The Solid suspended medical screen is an aluminium track system with a variety of installation options for both vertical and sloping walls and for both proper and lowered ceilings. It is a European system with a focus on robustness, multiple solutions and, above all, patient safety. Among other things, it uses special anchorages for the curtains, on which tests have been carried out to ensure that the curtains will disengage if they are overloaded - the so-called 'safe track'. Screens made using this system can cope with any distance to be covered, meeting any installation requirements.
The cost of manufacturing screens of this type depends on many factors. Firstly, we offer many types of fabrics and materials used for curtains, both manufactured in Poland, Europe and Asia. The second factor influencing the price is the method of installation and the number of required rail bends and distances to the ceiling. Due to the complexity of the pricing, it is necessary to do an accurate design to determine the cost of making the screens. A preliminary quote is possible after sending a sketch or photos of the rooms where the screens are to be used.

Below is a concept graphic of what a screen for a single room might look like, as well as a projection showing other solutions for partitioning off a bed. Presented below are visualisations and projections of a structure made entirely of aluminium, providing a solution that is light to assemble and yet durable in use. The adjustable height and curved joints (curves or right-angled joints) allow the system to be adapted to the individual characteristics of the room. On the other hand, the glides made of nylon ensure quiet and smooth running of the curtains. The curtains are made from the highest quality polyester fabric suitable for use in medical premises and come in a wide range of colours.
